With 5 bedrooms sleeping 10, 2 bathrooms, a pool table downstairs and a large garden, it has plenty of space. Best of all, stroll to the end of the road and step onto the golden sands of Culburra Beach. Pets are welcome for a fee, and there's plenty of parking. Bring your boat and enjoy the local waterways. Cafes, restaurants and shops are just 1km away. It all adds up to holiday heaven!

This two storey brick home is only 200 metres from the beach. It's made for family holidays! Set back from the road with plenty of parking and room for a boat, it also has a large secure garden and is pet-friendly.

There are two bedrooms and a games room downstairs and the main living and the rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. Downstairs also has a patio with outdoor dining looking out to the garden.

The living area is spacious and comprises a lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs facing a smart TV. WiFi and video on demand is provided. Glass sliding doors lead to a deck which has stairs back down to the lawn, perfect for pet access. The dining suite, just off the kitchen, seats 6, and benefits from a reverse cycle air-conditioner overhead. The renovated kitchen has a freestanding stove, microwave and fridge freezer.

The bedrooms are all well-appointed and all linen is provided. Upstairs are 2 Queens and one of the two twin bedrooms (with 2 single beds) and downstairs is a further Queen and the other twin. There are two modern bathrooms, each with a shower, vanity and toilet.

The pool table downstairs provides terrific entertainment, and the garden is a great space for outdoor games. The extended wide driveway to the side of the lawn also offers a great surface for handball, bike riding or skateboarding and basketball practice - the possibilities are endless!

The BBQ outdoors provides the perfect opportunity for alfresco dining, with the outdoor table seating 8, and ideally positioned to watch the children. Relax out here or up on the deck after a day at the beach - idyllic.

Culburra is a holiday haven with its long stretch of beach, waterways to explore and village atmosphere. This property sits in an ideal location with the beach only 200 metres from the front door, the cafes and restaurants just 1 km away and the boat ramp at Orient Point just 5 minutes' drive north.

Nature walks around Curley's Bay provide an opportunity to spot plenty of wildlife and birdlife. Alternatively, walk to Crookhaven Lighthouse, take in the views and take in the Jerrinja tree-carving sculptures.

Need to entertain the children? The beach is an obvious choice, and the local surf school might be just the ticket. Alternatively, the local skate park is a good one and is just a short walk from the house. There is also beach volleyball on offer and a local playground for little ones.

In terms of eateries, Culburra has many to choose from, ranging from Chinese, fish and chips and Italian to Mexican and burgers. There's a thriving cafe culture and several shops to browse.

If you need more mainstream amenities, Nowra is only a 20 minute drive and on the way you can enjoy the picturesque countryside and drop in at The Mill for a browse around the market and a quick bite to eat.

It's a terrific area to holiday in and Magnolia offers the ideal base from which to explore it. Enjoy!
